CHECK IN/OUT WITH BARRING/UNBARRING · When a guest checks in, Winpac 2000 PMSI automatically unbars the extensions in his room. In contrast, when he checks out, all extensions in the room are barred. 14. GUEST NAME UPDATE · When a guest checks in or Front Office updates his name, it is updated to the PABX and the name will appear on telephones and switchboards that support name display. 15. CHANGE OF ROOM · Winpac 2000 PMSI is able to handle guest changing rooms without losing guest information and status, such as voice mails, message indicator, wake-up call, etc. 16. MESSAGE LIGHT INTEGRATION · Winpac 2000 PMSI takes care of the various types of messages at a guest’s disposal, such as text messages, voice messages (voice mail) and fax messages (fax mail). One indicator on the telephone set can be used to indicate one or more types of new messages for the guest. 17. WAKE-UP CALLS · Winpac 2000 PMSI processes wake-up calls requests. 18.
